Instead of spending an hour trying to make everyone stand up straight and smile, sessions leave room for families to move, play, wander, cuddle, complain, laugh, and generally be themselves.

Kate gives direction when it is needed, but the goal is not perfection. It is photographs that feel warm, true, and in the moment.
